My issues had nothing to do with the seller. Seller was located approximately 2.5 hrs away from me within the same state. Although the item was not shipped for a couple of days, completely understandable, it still took several days to arrive once it was shipped despite being so close. Also, once opened the case was slightly damaged, again, no fault of the seller.

I highly recommend this seller for their conduct alone.
