Will only work with simple games.
I had high hopes that I would be able to play FIFA & Gran Turismo 5 in multi player. Both do not work with this adapter. In fact no adapter will work. The best result is moving around the games' menu. I then tried a tennis game & London 2012, Same outcome. Seems that most PS3 games require a 2nd wireless controller to work with multiplayer. If you have no friends to play with, the product is fine.
Player 2 port worked perfectly but Player 1 port had some problems. When connecting the controller to P1 port i had to force push them together for controller to work, and leave it untouched. With P2 port some games don't work properly so at the end i taped the controller and P1 port together. If problem would be with P2 port i would rate 4 stars, because... title..

Great product. I have tested, and consequentially used this adapter with all my Playstation controllers: original, Dual Analog and DualShock and they all worked flawless with both PS1 and PS2 emulators on my PC. The fact that it has a second port is very convenient when playing with your family or friends. Didn't have to download any drivers, it does it all itself as soon as you pop that USB in. Just plug and play after it's all done, in a matter of seconds. It worked on Windows 10. Highly recommended product if you wanna use your original PlayStation controllers with emulators or anything of that sort.Great product. Both controller ports worked well
I bought this to use a pair of novelty controllers. This was on Windows 10 with the built-in drivers, no additional software/drivers were installed. Both controllers worked well with the duckstation PSX emulator after mapping in the settings. ePSXE mapped the second controller fine but it didn't work in games.That may have been fixable with settings tweaks as I've had trouble with ePSXE with different controllers before. In Steam, both controllers worked in some games when launched normally. Most games worked after enabling playstation controller support in the settings and launching through the 'big picture mode'. I think if the second controller doesn't work for you, that's an issue with the software and not with this adapter.I bought this to use a pair of novelty controllers.
