They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I was overall pleased with my purchase and my granddaughter was thrilled to get it.

It bulged out the side. 2.I found this item for half this price from several other sellers.I tried to cancel my order but was not allowed to do so. I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item. Contacted seller, and they said "Too bad. You bought it, it's yours." Bad Seller

The original shipment was damaged in transport. This was my 1st experience with this seller, but I am satisfied that they have reached out to me to solve the problem. The original shipping time was satisfactory so I am anticipating that I will receive the replacement in a timely manner also.
