The seller was very very understanding of my request and after confirming receipt ot the item issued me with a full refund. Would highly recommend. We explained this is standard for all insurance claims with couriers. We submitted the claim without the pictures due to your refusal to provide the evidence and asked you to wait for Royal Mail to get back to us.
