Spent $180 on a circulation pump from intankaquatics they new where the purchase address was and that it wasn't compatible with Australia's power. Apparently Australia's voltage is 230 volts and America's is 130 volts. No indication in packaging saying do not plug pump in because you could potentially harm or even kill someone. When I messaged intank to tell them that there's a problem here with pump. They said you fried your pump. Your problem! Our busy warehouse ship the item purchased to the addressed provided - many overseas customers convert voltage since the supply of 220 volt pumps is hard to come by.

I have my previous order from the same company, and it came inside of another bag with their own label on it, this one as evident in the photo, came in just a bag. I requested my money back to send it back but no response was ever provided back to me. I’m not going to use filter mesh’s in tanks that just comes shoved in a shipping bag with no care by this company.
