All prices are excluded from UK and EU VAT where applicable.
(2) Intangible Goods
Unless otherwise stated, all products through the Store are advertised and delivered to you digitally. No tangible item, i.e. boxed CD or DVD media, will be mailed to your physical address.
The terminology used to describe digital downloads vary; words include, but not limited to, ‘Digital Code’, ‘Product Key’ or ‘Key’.
(3) Third-party Services and Content
By ordering items from the Store, you consent to share your purchase details such as email address, mobile number and address with the following third-party services to support order fulfilment:

All internal and external hyperlinks communicated to you through eBay messaging are encrypted using Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS).
(4) Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Certain restrictions apply to sales of Products sold through the Store that might not otherwise apply to physical goods. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the Minimum System Requirements.
Refunds may be issued solely at FlukeFortune’s discretion, and every refund request is treated on a case by case basis, taking into consideration the following conditions:
- The time of your request for a refund is no more than 30 days from the time of purchase.
- The product has not been activated or downloaded.
- The product activation key has not been disclosed to you by email or web page.
