The tracking code wasn't working and the package arrived ~10 days later than expected but I think that I have to blame the postal service and the fact that Norway is not in the EU (the pack was opened by the border control police). The item itself was dispatched in a matter of hours since I bought it and the seller used to answer me a soon as I texted him, that's why I'm leaving a 5 stars review.
