Rather than just send this item (which would have been correct) the seller went to the trouble of contacting me to clarify what I required. They tried to contact me through ebay, by telephone and by text message during the day and were VERY helpful in ensuring that my second order (for the Owners Manual) was done by me correctly and confirmed this by text message very promptly. I am very grateful for their help and support

Had great communication as I ordered a service manual by mistake the seller contacted me to make sure I ordered the correct thing they credited my account then sent the correct manual What a service many would of just sent What you ordered so I would highly recommend this seller .
