Great product, You will not find anything to top this. The staff at Nakamichi are very helpful. However I ordered this product Nov. 28 and did not receive it untill Dec.10 they blamed it on being stuck at the port. Why run a sale on a product that you do not have. I can not complain to much I was not supposed to get it untill the 15th I was just very anxious to get it. I am very pleased with it and want to thank all the staff for there help in getting me the product as quickly as they did.

Wow! It's absolutely amazing!
Okay guys! My 9.2.4 system came today and I am currently enjoying it. I got it on eBay and used PayPal credit in order to afford it haha! my system is working great it showed up in one day which was amazing it was fulfilled by Amazon even though I bought it off of eBay. So I had no need to update so I would say, today's purchases of this system requires no firmware update. I came from a7.1 sister with a Yamaha receiver with good sized speakers and 15 inch klh powered sub. The nakamichi definitely sounds better and i streamed John wick3 immediately with an Atmos track from Vudu. Holy shit!! The bass rumbles like two 15 kicker comps. The surround is all around you and you are truly in the middle of whatever you after watching. Amazing. When watching a documentary on Netflix is ... Okay guys! My Nintendo switch, room premier, and LG 65 inch oled 4k hdr tv synced right up with no problems. I also bluetoothed my phone to it no problem. I found it easy to adjust all the levels and I honestly don't think it matters much where you put the rear or side speakers as long as they are beside and behind you. The sounds is absolutely amazing.

Waking up ur neighbors!
Pros and Cons. Pros: design is great, dual subwoofers is the best choice to have, instead of single one like samsung. Surround sound is wayyyy better, can hear details more than just 2 side ones. The sound is crazy than ever, the bass is mind blowing best one of all. Its like when you at the movies, every dimensions. Im super glad they made this, shout out to the creator's. N plus the wires and hooks for your wireless Surround sound is great. Cons: sometimes i hear this weird wooo or old speaker sound i can hear. I dont like when it takes a while to detect or notice the connection towards the tv. Most of the time the surround sound, i hear more on my right then the left, its probably just my settings. N lastly, i would of wish the subwoofers were connection like Bluetooth than ... Pros and Cons. Pros: design is great, dual subwoofers is the best choice to have, instead of single one like samsung. Purchased this unit refurbished. Looked new and unused with just a slight hairline scratch on top of sub. No issues with connection or wifi interference. Have had the 7.1.4 for almost a year and decided to upgrade and the 9.2.4 is a big step up. Going from 35hz low end(7.1.4) to 30hz(9.2.4) with subs is quite noticeable. More punch and chest thump with the 10" subs opposed to the 8" sub's boominess. Also with side surround channels now going to two satellites as opposed to being channeled from the bar in the 7.1.4 gives MUCH more immersion. This is a VERY good system and as close to receiver/speaker setup as you can get from a soundbar. But Nakamichi needs a new design for next soundbar and needs to improve the sound quality from the bar itself by adding tweeters in the front ... Purchased this unit refurbished. Not fully satisfied
For this to be rated a premium sound bar I was disappointed with the bass response. I thought that having duel subwoofers would be a game changer for sound bars but it doesn’t sound deep enough. It doesn’t sound like powered subwoofers. The bass reminds me of those old home theater in a box systems the came with a subwoofer but wasn’t powered. At first I was hyped about this product after watching videos but I was disappointed with the “experience”. For this to be rated a premium sound bar I was disappointed with the bass response. I thought that having duel subwoofers would be a game changer for sound bars but it doesn’t sound deep enough. It doesn’t sound like powered subwoofers. The bass reminds me of those old home theater in a box systems the came with a subwoofer but wasn’t powered.
