I emailed twice after and they don't reply. I would of excepted a replacement and they collect the faulty one. It's will be returned but most post offices will not except very large packages. I am a pensioner and not allowed to lift at the moment due to recovery from a bad injury. I am disgusted that this company are not replying . I would not recommend this company.
