(But I couldn't leave a review.) They were kind enough to issue a partial refund. They were not obligated, and I made no request, yet they did it anyway. I was a little surprised at the lack of packing after all other reviews raved about shipping care. These were in a plastic bag then shipped in a thinly padded envelope. (I wish they had come maybe in a tiny box within the envelope?) With all postal machinery, glad they weren't bent or damaged. All in all, very happy with the item.
