Great quality supplement 👍
I needed a good source of potassium to help me cope with cramps in my hands and feet due to being on steroid treatment for IBD and they're doing the trick. For people like me that have absorption issues need that extra help to boost uptake of certain minerals when food doesn't provide it very well. It's a great product but stick to the recommended dosage as directed on the box. I highly recommend this product for both price and quality 👍

Works for me
I really suffered from leg cramps at night, then I found out that taking Magnesium and Potassium supplements could help. Since taking Asparan tablets the cramping has been has been reduced by 99%, I take 2 tablets daily and this works for me perfectly. Pro's: everything. Con's: none they work for me. Extremely happy with my purchase, I will continue to purchase this great product.

Inexpensive supplement. Easy to take, no side effects noted.
Only been taking this for 10 days or so , so too soon to tell if it will help. It's easy to take, an excellent price and if it helps with Fibromylagia symptoms I'll rate it 10 stars.

The life you save may be your own plus leg cramps happen at the worst times.
Only Pros as I can see. The run up to the 2013 Tae Kwon Do World Championship I was Training like mad hardest training I done since Army Diver school that near enough killed me at 20 here Im 43 hoping to fight at Welterweight So 2= 3 hours minimum plus aikido and Kung Fu. losing everything I drink exiting my skin started getting narsty leg cramps ny heart felt funny despite my strict high protein low fat diet. My stamina was dropping off and I was feeling weaker. Then I remembered Potassium magnesium Manganese these vital salts as a field medic in the army it was these signs I would watch for in everyone else. I didn't win I lost the bronze to Ireland after breaking 4 toes on my right foor in the second round I fought to the end. This year is hot and humid so when the legs cramps started these arrived s fast never got to light headed or heart flutter even 1 or 2 a day keeps all the death away. If I am out losing litres working out or exerting I will up it to 2 twice a day keep the salts that keep you running.

Great for palpitations
Bought this for my sister for palpitations and chest pain, after one week of using it, her pain is gone. Also her panic attacks episodes were milder during treatment with asparan max. Great product
