These controllers have plenty of functions, with color-coded "A", "B", "X", "Y" and "C" buttons on them, a D-pad, and two analog sticks. You can start or pause the game by pushing a button in the controller's center. You'll find digital/analog "L" and "R" buttons, and a digital "Z" button. The two-fold sensor system located within the controller is activated by sliding a piece from one side to the other to transform the controller from analog to digital mode.

Great Gift
I bought this for my boyfriend for a birthday present because he has been dying to play Mario Kart Double Dash. We have been playing Mario Kart on N64 a lot lately, and needed a change. So far so good! We played Mario Party 5 on this console last night and everything seems to be in working order. The console, controllers, and memory card all seem to be in good shape. I'm excited that I found a console for this good of a price, in this good of a condition, and I look forward to playing on it more.

Console worked, but cord did not.
I wanted to purchase a gamecube so that I could install the gameboy player and play the gen 3 pokemon games on my tv. Seems to work fine, however the avi cable included does not provide audio. Fortunately I have an n64 and the avi cable from that does the job. The gamecube itself seems to work perfectly fine.

The Fun is Endless
I love this console. There is so much to do on the GameCube. Play from the awesome library of Nintendo games including Super Smash Bros. and The Legend of Zelda; Play your favorite Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance titles on the big screen with the Game Boy Player accessory, even with multiplayer link cable support! The fun is endless.

Amazing for a system from 2001
I mostly bought it for the childhood nostalgia but its a great system that runs well. Many amazing games were released for the Gamecube as well so it adds to the fun experience this system gives so well. The graphics compared to modern systems is crap but you have to remember this is from 2001 so when that is taken into account it's actually pretty great. The design is pretty interesting, and it takes up little space. The system can hold up to 4 players and two memory cards so group play with friends is pretty darn great. overall it's a great system for its time and if you want the nostalgic feelings from the early 2000's i highly recommend this product

Awesome show piece
Console and accessories look brand new. Great value considering gameboy player disc alone goes for 50 to 100. Color is unique and friends compliment it. Gameboy player is extremely fun. All in all excellent purchase

Best Model For Recording Gamecube and Game Boy Games
Perfect console for those looking to record Gamecube games. This is the only system that has ports for the composite cables needed to broadcast in 480p. This is better than recording on the Wii because the Gamecube has the Game Boy Player. So you can record Game Boy and Gameboy Advance games with good quality.

Still fun after all these years.
The GameCube holds up well, especially in the wake of the Wii. The games are good and bring back good memories. Wish they still supported the system. This is what introduced my son gaming - for good or bad.

decent price for a good system!
like stated, the reset button didn’t work, but wasn’t a problem. the package came with everything included and after hooking up to my tv it played well! after a couple of tries it couldn’t read the disc, which only took a little cleaning to the laser eye to fix. overall, it has proved to be a good console despite a couple cracks and scuffs. would recommend for someone looking to buy a reasonably priced console!

Modder’s Dream
DOL-001 is the the best version for homebrew and modifications. The only model with component output and makes for easy HDMI options. It’s a good system, and with a GBA Player, it’s among the best.

Still strong after many years
So it may not having the graphic or processor to compete with the newest consoles, but the games can! With this console, along came a generation of games that will be hard to replicate in terms of overall greatness. I'm talking Mario Kart: Double Dash, a variety of Mario Parties, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Mario Strikers, Super Mario Sunshine, Legend of Zelda series...the list goes on. Every time you played, whether by yourself or with friends, you always had fun. The games never once were boring. You played until your fingers hurt, which never happened with the great controller that was paired with the gamecube. Arguably the best designed controller of all time, it had the looks and touch. Even to this day, I still decide whether I want to play my gamecube or my Xbox one. I'm sure eventually another console will come along and take the Gamecube's spot in history, but until then...PLAY ON!!!!
