Works.
Good for removing unwanted hairs permanently, one hair at a time. It's a very slow process though so requires patience and time. For that reason you'll want to use it on smaller areas, such as your face. The "needle" can easily bend or detach out from the needle holder so you may want to be ready for some DYI, but at least it comes with a spare needle.

Long term solution but worth it
I’m very happy with this product. I realize that it will be a process to get rid of all the unwanted hair. I would have liked it more if it had a battery strength indicator and if it was a bit easier to increase the current strength without having to put the magnifying mirror down. But it works and is easy to travel with.

A little painful but very efficient
It needs practice and s good magnifying mirror but it kills completely every hair in some seconds. Some thin hairs with very close roots around the one that receives the shock die as well. It takes time but is completely definitive with a single shock by hair

It works!
It does take a little bit of time and practice to get used to it and make it work for you, but it sure does work. I'm not sure how long the stylet tips will last, but the product works. And when it starts working, it makes a sound/beeps. That really freaked me out the first time as, prior to this purchase, I've seen comments that people don't know when it's working or not. Well, it's pretty clear :) I do recommend that you start at 1 and progress intensity later. You really can get burned (minor skin damage). And it can hurt, but, hey, the unwanted hair is gone forever, so no complaints. For the price I'd give it 5 stars and recommend it to others (with steady hands and lots and lots of patience)

Does what I want and not expensive
Needs a bit of practice. Quite difficult to use until you get the hang of it, then easy.

Cheaper than salon treatments
I have a few annoying hairs that sprout randomly on my jawline and neck. This has been able to remove them. I have noticed the grow far slowly than plucking and are finer. It is a bit fiddly to start and I did find it uncomfortable but I adjusted the settings to suit my sensitivity. With practice I am confident that this will be less time consuming. I'm happy that it works for the purpose I brought it for.

I would search for a more powerful product
-not so easy for use -even when you catch the hair root with the needle it takes a lot of time like 20-30 seconds until you kill the root and it makes skin damages. -there is no indicator if needs a battery replacement -come only with two very tiny needles

Electrolysis one touch
I've tried professional electrolysis, laser, waxing the lot.....I have thick dark hair and this is the only method that is permanent (for me anyway). I only use this for small areas as it's quite time consuming and go to salons for larger area. I Now just zap 2-3 hairs each day

Maybe it's o.k - wouldn't hazard ethnic skin if you can't afford to repair it
Not sure - but it caught my eye that it caused or could cause scarring on ethnic skin - which is a problem for some. Otherwise - I couldn't figure out whether it actually works because it didn't make a noise or show signs of switching on - maybe I try it another time -

Retractable Needle
The needle retracts giving the illusion that it has penetrated the skin. When done properly it causes the hair to grow back finer. There's no light to indicate if the battery has ran out or not, or if the device is even working.
