The Canon FD 135 mm f/2.5 lens was one of the first of its kind, utilizing the manufacturer's new FD mount. It features the old FD style locking ring to secure this prime manual focus lens to a camera, and consists of six metal lens elements, weighing in at 22 ounces. The lens has a minimum focus distance of 5 feet and minimum aperture of f/22, with enhanced image delineation at the full aperture opening to help minimize field curvature. The lens uses 58 mm filters, caps, and accessories, and was designed to be compact enough for a variety of photographers.

VERY GOOD METAL LENS
I have several legend glasses, this is the best, all metal lens, bit on heavy side, I believe it is weather sealed, I pair it with a fotasy adapter and my sony nex mirror less camera for walk around and street shots, it works wonderfully, aperture ring and focus ring move smoothly and easy, great pictures, nice details and beautiful blurring background, I paid fraction of the new high end lens, it is a bargain

Best Value in the Manual Focus Market
This is one of the best values on the manual focus market. lens is sharp and constrasty even by today's lens standards. i was reviewing images from my Sony A7II and I couldn't tell the difference between my autofocus lenses and this one. The Bokeh is very pleasing as well. If you want a great tele portrait lens that is the cost of just the TAXES on most lenses grab this baby!

High quality lens.
Lens is very heavy and durable. Image quality is excellent, in focus items are exceptionally sharp and lens provides a wonderfully creamy bokeh.

Great for photo enthusiasts
Heavy as expected — iron and glass. Image seems to be sharp through viewfiner, still havent tested it on film. Should be fast enogh for most situations.

Sleeper lens - b&h 2.5 135mm
This is that lens most ignore and miss out on great shots. It is extremely sharp and comes with a built in metal lens hood. I use it on my Canon F1N. For perspective, I own both the 35 f2 chrome nose and the 35 f2 ssc (both concave) and I must say the sharpness rivals those lenses.
