A Great Ereader
This is an old ereader but still remains great. I like having a keyboard, battery life is great but will likely depend on each device, as this is now a decade-old. Still, batteries are cheap and replaceable and readily available.
It still allowed me to register on free cellular, odd since I thought the Sprint 3g was gone but apparently not yet. Once you register it, you can continue to load your content online or via a computer connection. You won’t need Sprint to upload new content, but you can still use it for now.
Pages flip faster than on my old nook. Read Amazon ebooks, or convert into Mobi and load on the Kindle to read, too. You can fit about 1500 books on it; no memory card slot, but that’s ok by me. There is only one font, but you can select text size. The screen is not touchscreen, but the buttons work fine, and I like buttons. Better battery life that way!
Perfect in sunlight. You’ll need light at night, because this early model has no lighting of its own. Construction feels great, unlike Nook which feels cheaply made.
