You can make it work
It works but there were a few problems 1. Clear box is not large enough. It looks like the designer did not allow space for the component leads on the back side of the board. So, it won't screw together all the way. Also, this results in the screws to mount the board down being too short. Does hold together though. 2. According to the instructions, the Coarse potentiometer and the Fine potentiometer were to be of different values, but they were the same. The unit still functions with these two adjusting the frequency at the same rate rather than at two different rates. Possibly just a mis-packaging problem with my particular unit? 3. Couldn't adjust the output voltage (stable at 6.6v) No problem for my application. Overall, still a good value for the price. Does produce frequencies in the range advertised.

Works OK for price
It works. All parts were there, Everything fits. Assembly layout provided but no operating instructions... if you have reasonable technical knowledge this isn't a show stopper. The sine wave out is really more of a rounded triangle and the output really needs to be buffered to be of any real use BUT for 10 bucks it's a good deal.

High Quality KIT !
SOMEHOW, Shame on ME, I MISSED that this-here is a KIT ! (Haven't built it yet, but I HAVE Kit Experience, so I'm OK with it . . .) Very High Q PCB and Components, so I EXPECT that I'll end up with Good Outcome!
