Good quality, worth it on a good sale.
Very tight integration with fl studio. If you dont have a midi controller I would highly recommend this one. The buttons feel very high quality, knobs are classic akai goodness and the oled is nice and crisp. Find it on a good sale, it comes with fl studio fruity and then you can upgrade for cheaper. Exceeds expectations!
I use the Akai Fire on Bitwig, not FL Studio. The controller is very simple and easy to use natively. But the real enhancement is when you utilize the Driven By Moss script in Bitwig. Then this thing really shines. The build quality is great and the pads feel great. All the knobs, encoders, buttons all feel premium. My only issue is that the included usb cable is too short for my desk. That's really it. Incredible value for money.
