Found it to be easy to set up and operate. What is also very helpful is purchasing a double walled 12 qt container and the insulator that can be pictured on eBay. Having fun learning how to cook Sous Vide!

If you can get it on sale, get it.
It is an excellent immersion circulator, heats quickly, holds temperature accurately. I wll say that it's either this or the Anova Immersion Circulator for best unit; if this one had manual/on screen controls (you need an app to operate this unit) then it would be far and away the best.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Works good. Don’t know if it will last as long as the original (metal) one.
