Amazed that this isn't more popular
Small, thin, works well. I love the cursor wheel because unlike normal mice where you have to swipe the cursor wheel multiple times to go a long way down a document, with this you just turn the ring (and it is smooth, no notchiness) until you are where you want to be in the document. This is my second one. I use one at home and I have had it more than 6 years and this one I have just bought for work. There is another one that Samsung do, a wireless one, but the scroll ring is notchy and I don't like it for that reason.

ideal for arthritic hands, carpal tunnel, swollen hands, RSI. for anyone who suffers from pain in their hands this is ideal. i have bought one before, and have since bought another! I would totally recommend this item
