The best I've owned!
The Shure SE535 IEMs are absolutely the best earbuds I've ever heard and now owned. However, to witness their true capability, as others have said, and it is crucial, I had to get the right fitting with the large memory foam earpieces, for me. ALSO, the iPhone 6 Plus does not have the power to push these adequately, so I purchased the FiiO A3 amp, which I've seen sold with this model, and is very inexpensive. The results are absolutely AMAZING!! The bass kicks and the mids and highs are crisp and seem to come from everywhere! This s how music should be enjoyed. Excellent choice for the Working Musician
I used these this past weekend on 2 separate gigs and for the first time in a year, I heard the deep lows of the bass guitar and my kick drum plus the rich mids that used to be muddy sounding. If you are a working musician, these are the BOMB~! Ive heard the 848s have an enhanced high end as well as the full bottom end of the 535s but personally, I can hear all the highs I need to hear with these SE-535CLs - the fiddle comes thru just right - I can hear his highs and his mids really clear and his lows are so smooth. Great Sound, Poor Fit
Sounds amazing - better than Westone W30 which is also tripple driver but sounds dull compared to the Shure 535 (I own both models). Comfort is poor for the Shure 535. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY
This is my second pair, so that in it's self should be evidence enough that I like them a lot. Granted, they are expensive, but so worth every penny, and I only bought a second pair because my first pair is just now starting to fail. That, after 9 years of fairly continual use. They just cannot be beat. When you make a financial investment in something expensive, you rarely remember what you actually paid for something, but always remember what you were left with long after the purchase was made. These earbuds are more than a worthy investment, if you're serious about sound reproduction. You get what you pay for and you'll not be sorry with the outstanding dimensional sound reproduction the SE 535's produce. By dimensional I mean, total immersion within the music, while listening to anything, including your favorite music. Great Bass Sound
Best sounding earbuds I have ever used. Also most expensive but worth it, A little tough getting used to the design but, now that I have, they are comfortable. It is important you place them in the ear specified (right or Left). I must have spent a few hundred on cheap earbuds trying not to spend the money on these. Very well balanced high end earphones
I am a jazz amateur and enjoy live recordings. The Shure SE 535 bring clarity and depth at the same time. Each sound or note is detached and part of a all at the same time. Worth it
