The Canon EF 40 mm lens is a pancake lens so it is small enough to fit inside just about any camera bag or backpack. This Canon camera lens has the bright f/2.8 aperture and is extremely lightweight, weighing less than 130 g (4.6 oz). The Canon camera lens does not offer image stabilization but it offers an accurate autofocus that continuously focuses while shooting video through the use of STM technology. It is an aspherical lens so this Canon EF 40 mm lens is great for creating very high quality image. This pancake lens features lens coatings for reducing ghosts and flares in photographs as well as providing good colour balance. It includes a seven blade diaphragm, which allows for the creation of photos with a lovely bokeh or out of focus background effect. It has minimum focus of 30 cm. Very discreet lens. Excellent image.

Canon 40mm f2.8 STM lens
