Better Than Most Earlier Versions
Have not yet tried it in Windows 10, but it does work well on my XP PC. I purchased this version to replace Paperport 9, which I trashed accidentally while doing some system maintenance. I misplaced the installation disk for version 9 and was unable to locate a replacement. PP14 does not mate as well with my trusty Visioneer 8600 scanner -- but well enough that I can continue to get my work done with a minimum of fuss. After a considerable amount of experimenting, I was able to get the OCR feature to work with Omnipage 14. The ability to maintain the formats of scanned documents, and accurately transfer text with a minimum of errors is much appreciated. I am slowly installing software on my new Win 10 computer and will transfer PP14 in the near future -- keeping my fingers crossed with it will work as well or better in the new OS.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good software package

Decent product for the price
The major problem I found is when scanning a document in B&W a fold in the document leaves a black line through the scanned document. When scanning in greyscale this does not happen but then the document used much more memory. Good for editing documents.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Too complicated
There will be files on your computer when brought into Paperport that will cause it to stop responding. This is caused by the files being corrupt and it is complicated and hard to understand how to remove these files.
