Works Great out of the box
I got the Pinnacle - Dazzle DVD Recorder HD - Silver and installed the software, plugged in the device and hocked it up to a vcr and was in business in no time. The software took a little while to learn, but once I got it down it was easy to use.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good, But Need Win 10 Patch
I bought this product so I could transfer some old 8mm tapes to digital. I will say this at the outset: it works beautifully for this. I ran an old Samsung camcorder into the dazzle and then into my laptop. I had problems at first because Windows 10 did not recognize the driver, so I went to pinnacle's website and found a patch. Once that downloaded, the software worked. The only remaining problem for me (it may not be for you) is that the studio software that comes with the CD doesn't offer a while lot of "save as" options. I wanted MP4s, so I worked around this problem by saving them as a Studio movie and then importing them into Pinnacle Studio 18, which, thank goodness, I already owned. Easier than its predecessor
Replaed a DVC-150 which presumably still works but doesn't have drivers for Windows 10. Unlike the DVC-150, this unit doesn't need to be plugged into power; it just uses the USB connection. Picture quality is as good as the source tapes I was digitizing from.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Worked with Windows 10
DVD ROM is needed to install the software disk. Installing an error .NET framework could not be updated, just click on OK. Leave it run as DVD software installs very slow and will not let you know it is still installing. Yes, it worked with Windows 10 for me right from the disk!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Useful to recover old movies.

Works great on Windows 10!
