Best brand of melatonin by far
Natrol melatonin works great for my chronic insomnia. I tried many brands before I found Natrol and I've been using it for 15 years now. Fell asleep, didn’t stay asleep
This made me so sleepy after 30 minutes of taking it, I was so happy! Then I woke up at 3am and couldn’t fall back asleep and was exhausted the next day! Exceeds expectations
I knew about melatonin as a sleeping aid and had tried it in the past with good results. This product goes a step further and incorporates vitamin b6 in a time release tablet. Vitamin b6 helps the body produce it's own melatonin this keeping you from waking up in the middle of the night. Some might think 5mg melatonin is a small dosage but sometimes more is less. That seems to be the case with these tablets as I find one tablet to be perfectly satisfactory and I'm a full grown man to say the least. Once I took two tablets before going to bed and felt a little drowsy the day after. To make a long story short, I don't go to bed without taking one tablet. The tablets seem to work rather fast so it's recommended to go straight to bed after taking the tablet.
