The G-Force 1300 features a sleek and compact build with a rubber-armored metal housing. Boasting a 6X magnification, it incorporates Angle Range Compensation (ARC) technology which easily interprets terrain angles for precision shooting. The vivid display technology enhances contrast, clarity, and light transmission for rapid positive identification in all light conditions. With a rangefinder range of 5-1300 yards, a built-in reflector, and sport imaging, the water- and fogproof piece is a perfect companion on hunting trips. The lightweight rangefinder utilizes a 3-volt CR2 battery, which is included, and a Posi-Thread loading door. It has an inbuilt tripod and is compatible with the magnetic attachment system. It can be used on both bows and rifles.

Decent product and I am happy I bought it.
The GforceDX seems to be just fine. I measured out to 100 yards on a big oak tree and it said 99.4. I am happy with that. I don't use this for long range rifle shooting so for my practice, this works just fine. I am more into bow hunting and the farthest I shoot is 40 yards. So far so good. Now just let me see my deer!

one "but"
(IT IS NOT CRITICAL). there is one " but" - when I look through monocular , press button and indicators appear on the screen , it is difficult to catch them in focus. We have to look slightly downward to indirkatory were clearly visible . If you move the eye at least one millimeter in the direction of the lights a little bit lubricated (as would bifurcate ) . I put a rating of 4 stars instead of five only because of this .

IT"s NOT all that
Ok it has a illuminated display but it has it's drawbacks in not being diverse in both day and low light situations. The problem is that the display is ONLY in red. This color verses a black display does not lend well to bright daylight environments..period. I find it a chore in the amount of force I have to exert to hold the scan button down to get a reading and although on special occasions I have recorded a readout of 1300 yards it is rare to find the right target to get a reflected signal back for a reading. Many times i could not get readings on items more than 400/500 yards away,as the unit seems to be very picky. The build quality is good and it is a small light weight unit. My most important thought of this rangefinder is that I cannot depend on getting a reading in many cases.

Works great!
Good optics! Very fast out to 300 yards! Ranged targets out to 600 yards and a pine tree @967 yards. I don't know how far it will range. With the tri-pod mount you can see how far it will range. Does everything I need very well.
