Best sleep ever!!!!
I started taking this product about 6 months ago when I was going through a really bad period of insomnia. I had tried every other product on the market and spent a small fortune. Then a family member suggested this and gave me the link to order it directly, at 1/3 of the cost of getting it in a NZ pharmacy (bonus). I have slept like a baby every single night since! The best melatonin ever
Recommend for shift workers. It is really working without any side effect. Take it each time when going to work at night shift and return back to day duties. Also recommend 3 mg supplies for people with normal health, no need to take 5 mg. So you can take 2 pills if you fill not anough power, or 1/2 of pills - it is normal dosage too. Ideal size and dose

Purchased these for teenage son who had sleep problems due to pressure's of A levels. Well they seemed to work well, he is getting a good night's sleep every night and waking looking much more brighter and rested in the mornings.
