This is amazing. It's based in Russia and is about a serial killer who is a sexual sadist and seems to prefer children but get the rare young woman here and there. The Russian government is kinda a jerkface in this movie, but some surprises take place that does the movie justice. Very good movie. This is an actual event in Russia. About a sexual predator who killed 52 children. Also showed how the Russians deal with murderers. No long delays with stays of executions.
