The Spalding portable basketball system is designed for use in a driveway or on a patio. The backboard is acrylic and measures 54 by 34 inches. The rim has a steel reinforcement plate around the breakaway area. The backboard mounts on two back struts. The pole attachment is adjustable from 7.5 feet up to a regulation 10 feet. Good quality and on time
This is everything that was advertised. I'm a single mom, so I had to have a nephew and brother-in-law set it up. It took them 3 hours. Some instructions were lacking and they just needed to figure it out. I took one star off for the set up...there's definitely a lot to it. Everything else seems good. I wanted the hybrid base. We put four 50 lb sandbags in it, but opted not to put in water. I got ground anchors and ratchet tethers to keep it in place. Delivery was as promised. They called to set up a time to deliver. Better than the last portable system
We had a glass portable system that always had a leaky base even after several attempts to fix. Wind blew it over when the water got too low. This system is more reliable not only because of the hybrid base but also due to the pole attaching in the back of the base on angle instead of to the front of the base like the last unit we had. The last one always had potential for tip over even when the water was full due to the amount of weight in the front of the base. Portable hoop that plays like an in-ground hoop

Great Basketball Hoop
