Works great as Dexcom 5 CGM receiver.
My son has type 1 diabetes and recently got a dexcom continuous glucose monitor (cgm). This generation of ipod works great with the dexcom 5 cgm. As long as he's on WiFi, my wife and I can monitor him film anywhere using the dexcom follow app. She has an iPhone and I have 2 android phones (Samsung galaxy s8 and LG G3), the dexcom follow app works fine on all our devices. Damage Repaired
This is a great little media device. I wanted one so I could Watched Streamed Videos and be able to listen on Bluetooch headphones as I have people in my home that are sleeping when I want to watch. I have always used an Apple TV but no way to use the bluetooth headphones. This Gem let's me me do everything and more. It was easy after some research to remove the broken tip. There was a little damage to the inside of the port so I had to build a holder to keep a small amount of pressure on the lighting cable to keep it charging. A Great Little Touch of Electronics
This 5th Generation iPod Touch is very easy to use, and it is very light and small. I bought it to replace an iPod nano, 7th Generation, because the nano was too small to use in my car for listening to Audio Books from audible,com. Not only is the size easier to use, but the fact that it operates under the latest iOS makes it more similar to my iPhone. Since I have the Touch mounted with a Scoche magnetic mount it is easier to see and manipulate than something smaller. Because it operates under iOS 9.1 it is more intuitive, and thus easier to use. Speaker durability lacking
Wasn't to pleased with the speaker durability. After having this for about two weeks the speakers blew. Maybe I just got a bad deal, I don't know. Also battery life could use an improvement.
