I ordered a large bottle of Roundup concentrated weed killer. It was a very good price, arrived in a timely fashion and was easy to apply. Problem - this is the best available
Since the demise of Sodium Chlorate there is very lettle choice for blanket weed killing. This has been exceedingly slow to take action which is marginal in any case. I used the maximum dose rate and its most noticeable effect is on perrenial grass but perrenial weds are just laughing at it. The problem is that this is probably the best that is available to domestic users today and is extremely expensive. The buyer I obtained this from was selling at the lowest anywhere but still it is not cost-effective and I am going to have to hand weed a large area of patio with small slabs! Have read about problems in US with this product not being as safe as first thought which is a bit concerning. Works reasonably well but does not stop further seeds from germinating. Strong Long Lasting Weedkiller
We have been using this product for years. It's one of the only weed killers that keeps brambles etc at bay for a while. It does what it says it does on the tin.
I have used cheaper weed killers in the past but none of them do the job as well as Roundup. Dependent on the time of year and the weather, it will take up to fourteen days plus to show its effects.
