Excellent Sony Region free Blue ray player. Very easy to use. Play's my Region 2 Blue rays without problem. Same for DVD.

I would love to give this 5 stars ,but since Mesquite TX history I don't have a 3D TV to text that feature I have give it 4 stars
I would love to give this DVD player a five-star but unfortunately I don't have a 3D TV to test out this feature.. this Blu-ray player is very easy to use and easy to set up it was definitely worth the price.. also when I played several of my 1930s to 1960s black and white DVDs I definitely could see Improvement in the actual picture.. so that 1080 upscale definitely worksBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Definite Upgrade
I am replacing an older sony model, one without the 4k upscaling. The units look almost identical. The remotes are similar and work the same. Great since I'm already used to it. All the features are about the same. So again, Great for me. Picture is definitely better with DVDs upscaled to my 4k tv. Wifi was fairly easy to set up but after set up you should turn off the unit then turn back on to insure the set up and all changes you made are in effect. The first time through it failed to set up properly. Think of it as a computer and treat as you would after a software upgrade or after other important changes are made. The ability to control my tv on/ off, volume and other controls is a great addition and time saver too. This works with most tv's, not all. TCL tv's are out of luck here. All in all a purchase you probably will not regret, unless you have really big fingers or bad eyesight. That remote is a little on the small side. Great with blu-ray videos but lacking on CD's
The Sony unit is compact and does a great job with Blu-ray videos. My only disappointment was the experience when playing music CD's in the player. Although it is Internet connected it displays no intelligence about the CD, only the total time. You do not know how many tracks there are and the names of the songs. My Onkyo receiver that is Internet connected when playing from a USB thumb drive gives all the details even including the album cover. The sound quality of the Sony is excellent but the interface for music was not well thought out for this player unless I completely missed something in the setup.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Best Bang For The Buck
Purchased two (2) of these re-manufactured DVD players since I already had previously purchased it new and already had the instructions that were not included. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was because one has a small dent on the top and the other a slight scratch. Other than that, they both work flawlessly. Impeccable 4K images from all of m y non 4K dvd's. Because the seller offered a 90 day warranty, I pulled the trigger and am not disappointed. this player replaces one that i had that is identical to last one. I use the old on in my shop and it still plays great. the all-region and zone features means i don't have to worry about checking dvd's for that. easy to use and installation is simple.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

besides an adjustment. The Sony bdp Blu-ray player has been an excellent choice. this is help me lose the satellite and cable companies.so far I've had a great experience with this product and a great sales experience.it has been very easy to navigate with a really great quality picture. Great deal, good quality
This review is not very technical in nature as I have no blue ray discs at this moment. Received the player, plugged it in, and was pleased with the image compared to our old DVD player. I look forward to getting a blue ray disc and seeing the improvement over DVD. Sony keeps up with upgrades
Works well on all regions listed just read the instruction included. I have several of this brand of bluray and 3d bluray and Sony keeps up with upgrades while others dont.
