A good option for space saving workouts.

Bowflex products ROCK!
So glad to get the Bowflex Kettlebell - easy to use, many exercises can be done right in your living room. Good choice for full body workouts including balance, focus, muscle elongation as posture is a must! I follow up with Yoga for stretching, stress / tension reduction. I use this as an ancillary to Bowflex Blaze, Bowflex SelectTech 10/90 dumbbells resistance training with Bowflex bench. Bowflex makes a premium product line. Great versatile kettlebell

Great for swings
It's perfect for swings. The handle is a little more slippery than a standard kettle bell. Also the handle is in the shape of a square making it hard to hold for squats like a regular kettle bell which is easier to grab and hold. Flexible compact
