Good
It's great for colic. That's the only thing that help my son. Infacol has awful orange taste and this one tastes as bananas. My baby thinks it's a treat. Fast despatch and delivery.

Incredible, please buy for your babies to try, it really works !!!
This syrup is truly the best product for helping with colic, under the sun. Literally nothing else worked for my son, apart from this. It it basically the same ingredients as Infacol, just different consistency and has double the amount of simeticone ingredient (more of a liquid base rather then thick gel like subsistence). Infacol has is VERY MILD version of Espumizan. It has a banana flavour rather then orange (which my little boy seems to be VERY much enjoying too) :-) and you can use 5-10 drops before each feed - based on your judgement, I used 5 drops before each feed, however, 10 drops before his last evening feed or during the day when I know the colic was about to be bad or 6 hours after I ate something I new it doesn't agree with his belly. - I also kept food diary to go with it to work out what makes his body so windy / or in pain. It turn out to be EGGS, CHOCOLATE, STRAWBERRIES and TOMATOES, so watch out for your babas. The only downside of this product is that it doesn't have a surringe as it is drop base and sometimes the drops goes anywhere but his mouth lol - but considering the pain all around, this really isn't a problem to even rate this product 4 starts. It is brilliant and it works. Thank you to whoever make this up! :-) xxx it totally changed our lives / evenings :-)

Leaflet in Russian, why?
All good but instructions in Russian. Bought from Germany so why Russian??:/couldn’t read it

Godsend
It’s literally godsend for collic gassy bloated babies. We always use that on us (adults) but in gel pills and now they do it for babies and toddlers ! Highly recommended.
