Too small
Purchased the phone as an everyday phone replacement for work. Not a very useful phone for everyday use. Screen far too small when needing to text type. Texting is very laborious to say the least. Features on the phone are limited and not very intuitive. All in all, a poor 'smart' phone option. Wouldn't recommend as primary phone.

Supplied as advertised
The phone is just as advertised and functions well. The downside is the age of the blackberry software which struggles compared to modern equivalents. The Blackberry app store consistently reports the need to be upgraded - but then the upgrades are unsuitable for the phone model. All frustrating. If you want a simple phone and access to e-mail - this will do the job. Anything else - will require concerted effort to find an app of the right compatibility for the age of the firmware and screen resolution.

Smart looking phone that does what I need.
It is quite an old phone, but having had one for years I was quite happy to buy another one. Yes it is an older model, but I do not need one with bells and whistles and at circa £50, it was a great buy. I had looked at a Samsung S7, but couldn't justify the +£300 in comparison.

Just does it's job well
This is the 3rd of these phones that I have had. The first one didn't cope with getting dropped in a sink and the 2nd one just wore out. I know it's probably time to update but TBH it does exactly what I expect and it does it well so what more do I need?
