One of the best pickups out there
It's the most popular Seymour Duncan pickup because it's versatile and can be used for anything, it's high output but retains clarity, great for clean tones as well as dirty ones. It's a solid foundation to build your tone on, what you get out of it depends on the amp you use, your eq settings, any effects you add and of course how you play, ultimately the magic is in your hands. Just looking at some of the players that use or have used the SH-4 is testimony enough: Jeff Beck, Dave Mustaine, Jake E.Lee, Warren Demartini, Brad Gillis, Jerry Cantrell, Steve Stevens, Gary Rossington, Satchel, etc... I bought this SH-4 and put it in an inexpensive Kramer Baretta reissue (this one is an Epiphone prototype) and it sounds like a million bucks.

Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz Hot Rodded Humbucker Pickups Zebra 3 ERNIE BALL SETS
