Giving full information about network
I'm using this tester when searching faults in cameras network (approx 1300 cameras). I have already Fluke MicroScanner2 but Ideal R158003, in my opinion, is better. Without remote unit connection it tells me that one pair is not responding, while Fluke shows all wires OK and device (camera) on the end of a cable. Decent
A bit overpriced, but when you need it, you're glad you have one. Could be built a bit more robust. All plastic design. I.T. guys shouldn't be as hard on it as a lineman would be. Be sure you have an inductive probe. Keep a spare battery in the kit.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Better than expected
I like that the meter tells you the length of the cat 5 cable. The meter told me I had crossed a wire in the rj45 plug, I looked at it and still couldn't see the crossed wire. I cut the end off and he did it and it worked fine.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
