Not as good as the original
The blade had nicks and divots in each of the 4 individual cutting surface. It also had non sealed bearings in the assembly. The original assembly has two sealed bearings. I disassembled the original blade and sharpened it rather than put in the new one. Should it fail, I think I will rebuild the original one. Fits Vitamix 5000 container perfect
Fits my Vitamix 5000 tall container perfect. It's the same depth blade as the old one. I had to press down very hard on the blade with a pvc pipe, container turned upside down, to compress the new gasket, in order for the threads to grab on the bottom.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Blade works great
Correct blade, however the O ring is too large for it to fit a 5000. I had to use the O ring from my old blade. I ordered and returned 2 blades before I realized it was the O ring that prevented it from attaching to the base assembly. Buy the Vitamix, not the Chinese copies

Looks just like the real one
