I’d read lots of reviews and watched some YouTube videos before buying this as I thought it was a costly purchase, but once I’d fitted it and mapped my bike (which is so simple) took it out for a ride and what a difference, now my bike is full stage one it has a new lease of life. I fitted this product to my Harley Davidson after h all the good reviews I had read. I had high expectations from this product. After pairing it to my phone and bikes it initially worked well but soon stopped working. It sometimes connected to my phone but mostly will not. I have tried to email Vance &Hines but so far they have not gotten back to me. Can't contact them by the app as the only thing that works is the Demo bit. When it does work I can't complete anything before it stops working again. I have only had this product a few weeks and am bitterly disappointed with it. I would not recommend this. A good and easy to use system.

Bike has never ran so bad
