Interesting kind of supernatural detective story.
As they say,pictures speak more than words, I like it when a film or series has nature or a small town as part of the story as in Haven. No running around in dark cellars, no CGI monsters, Nice believable characters and one story that through the whole series and another story in each chapter.

Good show, POOR Disc quality.
I've only been watching Season 1. My major problem is not with the storyline or the actors but with the poor disc quality. Each of the four discs are only single layer 4.7 GB's when they should be double-layer 8.5 GB's. (Yes, I checked this out.) Thus, the viewing quality is inferior since nearly 3 HOURS (4 episodes) is squeezed onto EACH disc. Frankly, quality-wise I'd be a lot better off by having downloaded pirated versions than having squandered over 50 bucks on this set. (Or perhaps, this set itself is pirated from better quality DVD's)

One great tv series. I highly recommend it.
Love this show. I am so happy that I have the whole set now. I have watched this so many times and never get tired of it. The seller did a great job at shipping very quickly. Got the product before time. A great seller to deal with. I highly recommend her.

Exciting and Addicting
This is the best series I have ever seen. The characters are so fun!! Duke is my favorite. I would love to hang out with Duke for a while, he is so much fun!!! If you never watch another series. You have to watch HAVEN. It was filmed in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia and it has some of the most beautiful scenery in this series. It's a neat little town with so much charm. I hope to go there one day. The town newspaper is run by Dave and Vince. They are some really funny characters that seem to have all the insight to what the "troubles" are all about. Audrey and Nathan are really good together taking care of the people of Haven and their "troubles". Every episode will have you on the edge of your seat and the storyline really draws you in.

An intriguing series
I enjoyed watching this series when it was on tv and have looked from time to time to see if I could find the series on dvd. When I saw these, I jumped at the chance to purchase and they were a good price.

Starts out better than it ends...
I bought this series having only seen 2 or 3 shows from the first season. And the first 3 seasons are interesting. One thing I didn't realize is that each season is 12-13 episodes long, thus, 6 half-seasons make up the series. By the 4th season they had to create new motivation & direction, which they did. But by season 5 & 6, it becomes a psycho twisted story. I don't see how anyone could write such depravity and still be a normal human being. I assume they were pulling out all stops for ratings. Thank God we were spared a 7th season.

Stephen King's Haven
Based loosely off the book "Who Killed the Colorado Kid", writers captured the essence of the book in TV show form. Episodes are intriguing and storyline is so captivating it's hard not to binge watch. I found many of King's adapted works very disappointing but this wasn't one of them. Great viewing experience would definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Quite enjoyable
I watched this series when it was on tv. It’s nice to have it to watch when I want to. I enjoy this series very much. It came in great condition. A good buy.

Strange and erie place
This was one of the best series I've seen in a long time. It was entertaining and kept you wondering what would happen next. I was very pleased with the ending and bought this series so I could enjoy it again and again as each time I watch I pick of small details that I might have missed the first time..

"Entertaining with fun characters.
This started out a bit slow but is improving. (I'm just starting season 3.) The characters are developing into a stronger and more entertaining presence.as the season progressed. Emily Rose is very good with the way she is able to give the looks of "Oh really!" when hearing something that may be a bit off. Al in all, a fun show that is getting better.
