Great quality. Well made. Sounds incredible. But completely illegal.
Got one of these 2 months ago. Before I bought it I asked about the legality of it and black widow assured me it was perfectly legal and would pass an MOT. It isn’t and hasn’t. These are great quality. They are really well made. They look amazing. However.... took it in for an mot and as I pulled up the mechanic came out and told me not to bother, it’s an automatic fail due to the noise. Took it to another place. Same story. Going down the road today and got a pull off the cozzers. On the spot fine for an illegal exhaust. I’m fighting it and have asked black widow to provide me with specs to prove it’s legal, but let’s wait and see. I’ve not removed the baffle or modified the exhaust in any way. Both mechanics and the copper said that as from this year that your exhaust must not put out any more noise than the level of the original exhaust fitted when the bike came off the production line. I’ve got a purple bike with silver flames up the sides. It stands out. The copper said he’ll give me a £135 fine every time he sees me until I get it changed. It’s a great product. It sounds amazing. Loud, adds nice "harley-davidson feel" to the bike. Easy(ish) to install. Very light compared to original exhaust.
Amazing sounding, extremely loud exhaust system, good quality for the prize and I really like the looks of these pipes! However, I'm about to add one extra support for the back cylinder pipe because I think it's going to shake itself off from the factory support welds on the long run. (pardon my french, I do not speak english too often) I just love these pipes! :D
