Totally hooked!
My sister has been raving about this and the books for years but I didn't start watching until it was on More 4. After a few episodes I was hooked and each week's episode took too long to arrive and then was full of advertisements! So I bought the DVD and binge watched all 16 episodes. (Then I bought season 2.) It's definitely an 18 and some scenes are not for the squeamish, but the characters are very engaging indeed, and I look forward to see how the rest of their stories pan out over the next five seasons.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Fantastic Series
My wife has read the books. The series on DVD covers book 1. The actors are fantastic and it is really well done. The locations are stunning and all the characters as so believe able. It is very graphic and not suitable for children having an 18 cert. You can see why when you watch it but it is engrossing and my my wife says it is a series that truly reflects the book. compulsive viewing. im hooked

gripping drama
A woman has been separated from her new husband whilst war grips the country, they have both been working towards the war effort, now able to spend time in each others company they take a late honeymoon and visit Scotland to explore his family history, whilst there they get involved in a scenario which results in her being drawn back through time, I wont tell you more as I don't want to give a spoiler, but I will say having this box set did result in some binge watching and some staying up longer than planned, My hubby loved this series and he does not like a soppy romance nor a period drama, we are exited to watch series two. If you don't like nudity or violence this is not for you, but none of it is unnecessary to the story line, I have been gripped as the story pulls you through the episodes.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT
