it's working
Turns out my computer is bluetooth compatible.. but I had the dongle in when I set up my fitbit and it worked. When I tried taking it out, I lost the sync. So either it needed it to make the connection or because it was in at the time of setup, fitbit and the computer are using it whether or not it was necessary.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Fitbit USB Dongle
Needed to interface some Fitbit models to computers w/o built-in Bluetooth. Really should have been packaged with Fitbits. Upon plugging it into a USB port Microsoft operating systems recognize it and install the driver... Interestingly called "Human Interface"! Additional software needed to fully use the interface with the fitbit is available free at Google and Apple stores but NOT the Fitbit site. Perfect fit and instantly worked with no problem
The dongle arrived very quickly and was well protected. I put it in my computer and it instantly worked with absolutely no problem. Very pleased about this product, would buy again. 2 for the Price of 1 - Well worth the cost
I was looking for a replacement part for my Fttbit Charge. I always check Ebay and found these items to be reasonably priced and exactly what I needed.They work perfectly and now I can take full advantage of my Fitbit since these allow me to sync my watch to the website through my computer. Works perfect allowing fitbit charge2 to sync.

perfect replacement
This dongle replaced my broken one. It paired and updated the software immediately, and was uploading new results within a few minutes.
