Melatonin 3mg GREAT Product GREAT Value
Better than compounded melatonin and an easy size to swallow. Packaging is tamper proof and bottle is strong, preventing damage during transport via post, or whilst in luggage or handbag. Would highly recommend this product to people with sleep problems or young adults on the spectrum that struggle to regulate night from day.

Excellent product, quick delivery, great price, secure packaging, sleeping easier and longer.
An excellent product that, with proper dosage and usage, has me teetering on the cusp of sleep within about 30 minutes to an hour. The bottle is nicely compact without damaging any of its contents, the tablets are tiny (as all melatonin tablets are: about the size of a squashed grain of rice) and are easily swallowed with water. I take one with water (no chewing!), get into bed with the lights off and watch Youtube before I begin to feel comfortably drowsy; then I switch to an audiobook on low volume and out I go. The sleep I have been getting is wonderful (at least compared to the sleep I wasn't getting). While I still wake intermittently due to anxiety, it's of the kind where I am sleepily drowsy enough to get instantly comfortable and quickly doze off again. Waking has been without any side effects or discomfort. Absolutely recommend.

Peaceful sleep
I bought this supplement to help my daughter. She has been prescribed very strong(addictive) pain relief. She has had to stop taking this and was having severe withdrawal symptoms....one of which was insomnia and bad dreams. I bought this not really being sure it would help...but it has. It has been more effective than I could have hoped. The 3mg dosage is not quite enough so I have ordered some 10 mg. I am happy to recommend this and would suggest that starting on a low dose is the way to go....you can always increase the dose by taking more than one tablet. Everyone needs to find the dose that is right' for them

Shorter sleep needed, less tiredness in the morning
Taking 1 tablet makes me able to fall asleep latest in 1 hour and have a good sleep without waking up during the night. Taking 2 tablets does the same plus even shortens the time of the sleep I need. (Without taking the pill I usually need 8 hours and then I still find it hard to get up and feel tired, but when taking 2 pills I usually wake up after 6-7 hours and feel no tiredness at all. I guess it is because it makes the deep sleep phases longer and REM phases shorter.)

Puritan's Pride Melatonin 3mg worked great for me. I tend to be a night person and find it nearly impossible to fall asleep before 3am without tossing and turning most of the night. I just received my melatonin in the mail and took one 3 mg tablet before bedtime. It took about 2 hours before I became drowsy and about another 30 minutes to fall asleep. I would recommend starting with 1 3mg tablet at least 2 hours before you would like to fall asleep. I slept well all night long and it was a sound sleep with dreams. I woke up about 6 - 6 1/2 hours later feeling refreshed. I would recommend trying it.

Als Dialyse-Patient litt ich mehr als 12 Monate unter der typische Nebenwirkungengen einer fortgeschrittenen Nieren Insuffizienz. Starker Juckreiz am ganzen Körper und Krämpfe in den Beinen. Ich konnte lediglich zwei mal in der Woche länger wie 4 Stunden schlafen. Drei mals pro Woche überhaupt nicht. Die Ärzte konnten nichts wirksames gegen mein Dilemma finden. Eine gute Freundin empfahl mir Melatonin. Ein Geschenk des Himmels. Ich schlafe mit Melatonin wie ein Baby und wache morgens erholt auf.
