works without problem
It took only about half hour to understand how to use it correctly and it erased the computer's hard disc completely in about 4 hours allowing me to reinstall all my programs, OS and devices like a new computer. before using this product my old computer was on its way to the garbage, after it works like new! saved a lot of money. thank you.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Poor copy of software with no instructions
I bought this hoping to clean up a laptop I had bought second hand. A plain disc arrives in a plain sleeve with no instructions. I put it into the laptop hoping it would run, and work on its own. It didnt. The software on the disc is free on the web as some sort of shareware, and this is just a copy. The prompts on the disc kept trying to connect to the internet, which I couldn't do on a second hand laptop I had bought for the kids. So the program wouldn't run. Great product - lifesaver!!
Used this product to completely strip my laptop bqack to the BIOS after numerous issues kept affecting it's performance. Very easy to use (bascially started it running, and left it doing it's thing overnight) and allowed me to reload Windows without further problems.
