Do not read this review... Unless you had your experience with Tokyo Extreme Racer - times when this game was actually one of the best racers. I remember these times and for that reason I bought the last game of these series. It lacks good graphics, car handling is pretty much arcadeish, visual tuning isn't all that impressive and there are only 18 vehicles. Yet I still think this game is decent, why? Cause it reminds me of good old games back from the 2000s.
Despite the game got really old it still has its peculiar atmosphere. Driving the highways at night, flashing your headlights, the music - typical arcade rave back from the past. I said there are only 18 cars in the game and that is actually great - you can beat the game from start to finish with each one of these and this makes great experience. You just need to spend some time on tuning each part until you make yourself a well suited car that responds to your driving style it really is amazing.
I wouldn't recommend buying this game, but since you got here and since you read through this short, biased review - you probably made your choice and what can I say? You won't regret it. It's a great game from the past.
