Garmin GPS II - small, simple, reliable.
This is a pretty ancient hand held GPS model. But it is small, simple, uses little power, can be read in bright sunlight, or rough weather, and is reliable. I have a more sophisticated GPS but is not always easy to use when things are rough, wet, or very bright. Saved the day

Great product - simple to use, prefer buttons to touch screen as no accidental movement, you don't have to remember menus and how to get into certain programmes, it's marked on the button. Also no need to remove gloves if operating in cold or wet conditions. Well constructed, rugged and virtually bullet proof. Impressed.
