Nice feature for musicians. Big negative on Bluetooth
This is a splendid little device for playing either music or movies. It is slim and unobtrusive in the pocket, and nicely finished. For musicians learning tunes, it has a useful feature allowing you to reduce or increase the playback speed. At a reduced speed one can play along with the recording for practice purposes. *** A big problem with this device is that when connected to a Bluetooth speaker, one cannot adjust the volume using the player's up/down control. My Bluetooth speaker has no controls, so it can only be used at full volume with this player.*** A nice-to-have would have been a recording facility.

My Sony Walkman
The last one of these I had lasted for about 12 years and would still be going now if I hadn't let it run out of power and then it was not repairable so this one should be more reliable as battery life should be longer and more manageable. So far the sound is great even though I'm still setting things up. As for ease of use I find setting up music lists a difficult task.
