Well designed and executed CQB to intermediate range rifle scope.
Excellent optical quality with meticulous attention to detail and useful features. Dual focal plane reticles allow quick target acquisition at close range as well as accurate ranging at any magnification. Size appropriate to AR 15 platform and while it adds weight it does not disrupt balance of the rifle. Two changes I'd like to see are 1x low end magnification vs 1.5x to facilitate both eyes open at CQB ranges and a capped windage turret since most don't adjust windage after a scope has been zeroed. Great deal! $500. less than original price for a small scuff you have to really look for. It's large, took a bit of getting used to. Very bright and clear, on par with one of my older Leupolds. I really wanted a true 1 power on the low end but the 1.5 is ok. It weighs 23 ounces without the Fastfire on it. The reticle is great, stays the same through all power levels. The Illumination is a bit strong, but the lower settings are fine. It's like looking through a beer can, the field of view is huge.
