Ok, is about as good as it gets.
I bought this as yet another Jabra Motion had fallen apart on me (the 3rd in 18 months) The design looks great and it claims to have great battery life and clarity. Unfortunately it is not all true. I paired the device to my phone easily enough, but soon found that it is short of a few functions of the Motion, like telling you who is calling. There is no charger supplied with it, so I had to use my phone charger, not easy when my phone and Bluetooth are on charge overnight, luckily I had a charger with 2 ports. when I put it on I found it very comfortable, but soon found myself touching as it felt like it was falling out of my ear. To add to that I found it very quiet when I was on a call and again found myself holding it into my ear so that I could hear the caller, even though it was at full volume, which defeats the idea of being hands free! several callers asked if I was having problems with reception as the voice clarity to them was poor, this was without the little foam mic cover, so don't know if that will improve the quality, but certainly will spoil the sleek look of the device. All in all I am disappointed with this unit, I now have a replacement Motion, so it will be sitting idle in the drawer now as I certainly wouldn't use it over the Motion. Honestly it has added to my disappointment of the manufacturer Jabra, although their customer service is pretty good and replacements turn up quite quickly, but for the amount you pay I've found them to be generally poor quality

Okay with limitations.
It does not fit particularity well on or around the ear bur maybe it is just my ears? lol. I could not and have not been able to pair this using NFC though bluetooth was fine. Microphone could be longer given the poor fit on what I suggest is most peoples ears.

Who remembers the phone numbers of his/her contacts?
This is the only annoying problem with some of Jabra’s earpieces and I have tried out many of them! Someone from your contacts list calls you. Your phone is in your pocket and you can’t see who it is. Your Jabra Storm begins to call out the phone number of the caller (not to mention that it begins with the country code...). I really don’t know anyone who remembers the phone numbers of all his contacts. Why should I register them with their names if I knew their phone numbers? This really is a very annoying feature and in my experience Jabra Storm, Jabra Stealth and Jabra Wave have the same feature in opposite to Jabra Classic Jabra Talk 15 and Jabra Easygo which call out your contact names, a really useful and convenient feature in my opinion. Everything else about this Bluetooth handsfree is mentioned by other reviewers. It is a good design and a nice sounding piece of equipment! I am using an Apple iPhone

Does not sit in the ear correctly, echos,cuts off ten feet away from phone and you struggle to hear anyone. worst headset I’ve ever bought.
Stay clear of this headset, it echoes, crackles, it cuts off if you move more than ten foot away from your phone, does not sit correctly in the ear, unlike other headsets you get different size rubber inserts, this is one size all ears, my opinion!! Don’t touch it, I’ve put it away and it will never see the light of day again, wasted my money, had to go back to my old failing boost.

Comfortable but battery life is rubbish
I'm now onto my third Jabra Storm. The first held it's charge for no longer than 3 hours. The second was better charge wise but while I could hear the caller, they couldn't hear me. I had a third one sent out and again, battery life is nowhere near the advertised 9 hours. Lucky if I get 3 or 4 calls of around 10 minutes or so. Controls are fiddly and don't operate too easily. Voice commands are hit and miss. I've given up and have ordered a Plantronics M70/R.

Not as good as expected from Jabra
Jabra was a name that i though was good quality. I am very disappointing with this one. It did seem to be great for a start, maybe it was a Friday afternoon one. Sometimes people could not hear me, it would not answer a call, I could not hear anyone. It went to bin.

Noise cancellation?
This was a terrible headset amd I was quite glad when i lost it. The noise cancellation was non existent and comparable to a cheap wired headset. People on the other end of the line could never hear me and said it was super quiet even though they were on max volume... Back to a platronics voyager headset for me. I drive big machinery so noise cancellation is very important which the platronics voyager headsets have always coped well with. Also fiddly to put on.

Highly recommended
I've had one of these for 2 years and just bought one for my partner and a friend as I find it so easy to use. The ear piece can be turned to use on the left or right ear, no flimsy thin plastic part that goes over your ear and breaks within 2 minutes. It is easy to connect up and simple to use.

Fake product
Usually when someone says in the description Genuine it’s probably not. I owned this model before and i was suprised i found it cheaper on ebay so i bought it again. The product is a very poor quality compared to the genuine one, also cannot be connected to two devices at the same time. The product seems to be functional.

Not comfortable
Whoever made this; who’s ears did he make it for? Aliens or dogs ears? This doesn’t even go into the human ear. Only fits dog ears most likely. Super bad and uncomfortable.
